What I offer...

Individual therapy

Individual therapy is a great place to process through internal and external processes in a safe, non-judgmental space.  Individual therapy will consist of talk therapy mixed with other tools to help develop skills, understand and manage issues, and find ways to make changes in your life.


Individual therapy can be short or long term depending on your goals.  Short term might last between 6-10 sessions.  Sessions are 50 minutes for individuals.  Sessions can occur weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

Relationship Therapy

To start, I take a "three-legged stool" approach.  I will meet with each partner
(usually 30 minutes) separately and confidentially to gather information from each side.  The third leg is everyone meeting together to discuss problems and goals.  Relationship therapy can focus on skill building, increasing intimacy, developing positivity, building a stronger relationship, addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and changing the way you view relationships. Sessions run 60-90 minutes.

Group Therapy

Groups afford us the opportunity to feel a sense of belonging, gain emotional support from others, and get reprieve from the "I thought it was just me" state of mind. Groups are an amazing way to gain insight into a microcosm of how our interactions may play out in everyday life. Group therapy is based on need and availability.  Sessions tend to run weekly, can be short term or long term, and run 60-90 minutes.  Groups can focus on skills, psychoeducation, support, or process.  

Distance Therapy

Based on needs, I offer sessions via secure video therapy or messaging.
